Animal Au Paws of Loudoun (AAPL) is a limited liability company (LLC) incorporated in Northern Virginia,
serving Loudoun County and its surrounding areas. Its owner, Diep "Rosie" Bundick, is a long time resident of
Northern Virginia and Loudoun County. Rosie and her husband, Paul, have owned and cared for pets all of their
lives and have a deep affection for all animals. They are proud and loving parents of three pets: Max
(a Labrador/Rottweiler mix), Scooter (rescued from abandonment so your guess is as good as ours), and Cocoa
(an American smooth coat guinea pig). After providing pet care for friends, family, and colleagues for many
years, Rosie found something that she loved to do. Therefore she decided it was time to close the chapter on
a 10-year career in software development and program management and follow her heart’s desires . . . animals!!!

At AAPL, we are driven by a simple goal: to treat your animals like our animals. We strive to provide your
pets with a comfortable, stress free, loving environment while you are at work, at play, visiting relatives,
or on vacation. What better environment to do so than their own home?
By keeping your pet in your home and around your neighborhood, they not only remain comfortable and
illness-free, but also receive personalized and individual loving attention. They will get the exercise that
they need and desire. Additionally, you pay the same or less than you would at a kennel, especially if you
have multiple pets that require care. To let you know what your pet is up to while you are away, you will
receive report cards that the AAPL pet sitter leaves behind after each visit.

AAPL strives to build a lasting bond of trust and loyalty with each of our customers. Therefore we have
processes in place for our customers to provide feedback regarding our pet sitters and the services they
provide. Each pet sitter that is employed by AAPL is screened for honesty, reliability, and their love for
animals. Additionally, they each undergo a thorough background check before gaining employment. Finally, to
give you peace of mind with your home, we are fully bonded and insured.
